102.9 The Whale and The Talk of Connecticut’s Brad Davis need your help to make the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Radiothon the event our families deserve.
You can start helping right now by clicking one of the buttons above. From there you can create your own personalized fund-raising page, set your own goal, and easily e-mail your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers a link to your page asking them to support your efforts.
Why is Your Support So Important?
Your support of our Radiothon ensures that all children, from infants to adolescents, receive the highly specialized medical and surgical services that define Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. From neurosurgery, to oncology, to orthopedics, and everything in between, our talented pediatric subspecialists treat even the most complex problems in a state-of-the-art facility that is designed especially for kids.
At the center of everything we do, are the children and families for whom we care. By partnering with our families, we ensure that their children receive outstanding clinical care that is responsive to the physical and emotional needs of their child, while respectful of the family’s traditions and values.
One such story is that of young Shemar Williams. Shemar was born in 2006 with scoliosis and serious bowel complications. At age four, a rod was inserted in his spine to help with the curvature and he returns to Connecticut Children’s every six months for treatment.
Thanks to wonderful people like you, today he swims, plays baseball & tennis, and loves playing video games with his brothers & cousins.
You can hear inspiring stories like Shemar’s and many more during the
Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Radiothon
on 102.9 The Whale and The Talk of Connecticut
